Our New Website and What’s Coming Next

Welcome to the Travis County Clerk’s new website. We hope you will find it easier to use and that it offers you greater access to the information available from this office. The website is coming up in phases and this is Phase One. Some of the highlights of this new site are:

• Ability to view court case information for misdemeanor and civil cases
• “One-stop” access to Commissioners Court meeting videos, support documentation, and minutes
• Online viewing of meeting notices and foreclosure information filed with the Clerk
• Depth of information about our services and helpful resources
• Easier access to Civil, Probate, and Recording Division document images

In the upcoming phases of this project:

• Election return information that includes mapping and data that is easier to read and analyze
• New and improved Elections site
• Ability to view court case information for probate records
• Easier access to Civil, Probate, and Recording Division document images
• Online documents and eCommerce capabilities that can be used to request copies and search services
• Increasing library of document images available online
• Information in Spanish
